SurvAI uses credits across the whole platform. After signing up you get starter credits to try it out. After that you top up credits as needed: 100 credits cost €1 net, with a minimum top-up of 1,000 credits. Credits are used per open-ended question, per analysed answer and per Echo interview, and the chat is billed by usage. You see the cost before every analysis. No subscription, no per-seat fees. If you work with larger volumes or prefer to pay by invoice, we offer an enterprise plan with monthly billing.
